Keystone Utility Systems worked with Iowa American Water to install a new AMI water system for the residents of the Clinton, IA area. Iowa American Water chose to work with Neptune Meters for this AMI project.This project required appointment setting, which was done by the Keystone call center. With technicians working indoors, access to the meter needed to be provided by each customer. The AMI system upgrade involved the installation of residential 5/8″ meters and began after March 2016.
