Keystone Utility Systems had partnered with Mueller Systems and Winwater to replace the water meters and endpoints for the city of Vadnais Heights, MN. Keystone made contact through its call center, reaching all residents and businesses to perform this upgrade.This project was scheduled to be completed by the first quarter of 2019.
