Keystone was selected by American Water to perform outdoor water meter replacements in their service area of Alexandria, Virginia. The area comprises of roughly 10,000 – 15,000 residents. The project began in 2022 and is currently on-going, with a lead line survey being conducted sometime in early 2025. We also conduct replacements in Prince William which comprises of 10,000 – 15,000 residents as well.
